Who is Franky's?!

Hey, I'm Frank, the founder of Franky's Best.
With my many years of experience in the restaurant industry, food is always central to my travels abroad. I love getting to know new cultures through food and trying new things. That's how I first encountered beef jerky in America, and initially hated it. The recipe was far too salty, and I simply didn't understand the hype. A few years later, in South Africa, I realized that it could taste different. The South African version of beef jerky is called biltong and is made from wild game. Because there was no comparable product in Germany, I simply started making beef jerky myself and perfecting the recipe. What began as a small hobby at home in my kitchen has now become a true passion, where quality and taste are always paramount.
